Leads Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads specifically in Cebu
  2. Obtain business intelligence on targeted prospects utilizing various methods to include cold calling, warm lead follow-up and analysis briefing
  3. Work with the sales team in creating strategies to improve lead generation efforts
  4. Increase the number of new ad posts in OLX Philippines by encouraging new members from Cebu
  5. Reactivate "inactive" OLX Philippines members, reintroduce and encourage member to sell at OLX Philippines
  6. Encourage and maintain good relationship with members

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  2. Excellent Cebuano verbal and written communication skills is required
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales, Customer Service, and other related field
  5. 2 Full-Time position(s) available.

Account Executive – Online Advertising

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth through display and advertising networks
  2. Sell and negotiate online advertising and sponsorship packages to advertising agencies and clients
  3. Continually seek to develop new, lucrative relationships in all our significant markets ensuring we are utilizing the strongest and most relevant partners
  4. Project manage ad releases, ensuring advertising contracts are successfully implemented
  5. Provide timely and accurate advertising and revenue reports, demonstrating agency sales and pipeline activity

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Marketing or Business Studies or equivalent
  2. Experience of online advertising, with a proven track record of revenue generation and previous network and agency contacts
  3. One to two years of agency sales experience is essential
  4. Web savvy and keen eye for trend spotting
  5. Able to work independently and as a team player
