try mo din ang ADOBO with savory sauce mix lutong bahay...eto ang direction ng pagluluto
ha
1. ilagay ang adobo mix sa caserola lagyan ng 3 cups ng tubig at haluin.
2. ilagay ang isang kilong putol putol na manok. takpan hayaan kumulo
3. haluin paminsan minsan hangang 30 - 40 minutes o hangang malambot na ang karne at malapot na ang sauce.

      kainan na after... okey ba! happy eid sa lahat tapos na fasting ok na ang adobo he he

parang dapat sa cooking enthusiast ito nai-post. hehe

meron ako luto na ginagawan ko ng sauce ala kfc.. stir fry ko muna siya. tapos fry din ako ng pancit canton, tapos saka ko ilalagay ang sauce, stir fry chicken tapos garnish ako ng vegies

try mo naman itong Afritada-menudo talagang masarap sundan ang direction sa ibaba
1. maglagay ng kaunting mantika s caserola at iprito ang manok hangang maging brown ang kulay at
     tangalin ang sobrang mantika.
2. sa caserola uli lagyan ng tubig at haluin ang afritada-menudo recipe mix hangang kumulo at takpan hangang lumambot ang karne ng 30-45 minutes
3. lagyan ng patatas at lutoin ng 10minutes pa lagyan ng bell peper sa huling minuto
4. pwede na kumain si kumare .....enjoy>

gusto ko sa manok, pininyahan. naghahalo yung lasa ng gatas, pinya na medyo maasim at linamnam ng manok. wow!

ginataan na my pinya ang luto sa manok na gusto ko, wow sarap talaga grabe.. hehehe try it..
