most of the time nakaupo ako sa trabho. Pg break lng pwedeng tumayo or kapag mag c c.r. Lumaki ung tummy ko and hindi na sya sexy. Im looking for pampapayat ng tyan na hindi maaapektuhan ung katawan ko. Please help me. Thanks.

hindi maiwasan talaga kung lagi ka na upo, siguro bawasan mo pagkain mo,kumain ka ng maasim at mag exercise, inom ka ng slimming tea. wait natin ibang forumer baka mas alam nila.

IMO, crunches and sit ups will help build abdominal muscles, pero might not eliminate fats in your belly.  You can do crunches and sit ups then sabayan mo cardio exercises, like jogging..... kung wala maganda space to jog, pwede alternative yung jumping jack and jumping rope exercise.... for diet, bawas ng calorie intake, split your meals in to 5-6 times per day pero dapat small amount lang, kumbaga small frequent feeding.  And drink plenty of water.......HTH

eat a little less than what you eat today. drink lots of water. mag badminton or exercise. mas damihan ang water kaysa solid food kasi it will take longer to digest. fruit juices effective sya.

Isa pa sa problema guys eh hindi talag ako umiinum ng tea kc nasusuka ako. Na try ko na din mag seat up kso mukang matagal ang epekto nito sken. Hmmm. Thanks sa mga nag reply.

exercise po talaga. sit ups. diet. hindi po kaya ng meds/tea yun eh. nag lesofat ako hindi naman ako pumayat. :(

Eat less and do cardiovascular excercise. Avoid soda, maski diet. Diet drinks has sodium chloride in it. Water retention yan. Drink water instead. Sit ups, crunches , weights only tones the muscle and burn few fats. the best is ...Brisk walk, run to your limits. When you feel your heart pumping to the brink of collapse thats burning calories.

avoid powdered tea and juices. did you know mas maraming asukal yan and artificial flavors? water lang. kung mag tea ka go for the natural.

well, proper diet + exercise yan.. lessen your carbs,fatty foods and sugar and softdrinks intake.. if possible water na lang, saka eat fish and veggies..hirap ano?haha! maganda, gawa ka food plan mo for bfast,lunch,dinner.

mostly kase sa mga nasa foodchain natin ngayon is unhealthy at high calories na..

i know kung gaano kahirap mag sacrifice ng time for workout dahil may regular work ka,..self discipline lang talaga.

i advice sana jogging ka atleast 45mins, 3x a week kaso tag ulan na..ahahaha! pasok ka na lang sa gym kung seryoso ka talaga. mahirap a umpisa, pero pag nasanay na kan, maaadik ka din..ansarap magpapawis eh!hahaha!

gawan mo na ng paraan yan bago ka maging balyena!! ahehehe! (jowks)
