mga kasulits, anu-anong mga words / terms ang madalas nyo nadidinig sa call center?

let's give some examples and their meanings para maintindihan ng lahat. eto madalas ko madinig:

Haduken = toggling sa avaya phone para mapunta sa hulihan at di mapasukan agad ng calls. (bawal po ito, very predictable)

ACW Break = pupunta sa yosi area right after ng call instead of documentation (requires speed and elusive moves, bawal din po ito)

Cherry Picking = pipili ng madadaling emails para sagutan (can easily be traced, bawal din)

ano pa ba? hmmm...
