ano po ba ang pagkain na nakakataba para sa mga malakas ang metabolism hirap kasi tumaba at anong dapat gawin?

kumain ka ng maraming kanin tapos saging.. at mga puro carbohydrates na food like mga meat at chicken..

Depende sa age mo. Kung below 27 ka at talagang di ka tabain, mahihirapan ka kahit ano kainin mo. Payatot kasi ako dati, pero noong 19 ako, may ginawa ako na ikinataba ko for 2 months hehe.

Eto yun o:
  • Palaging matulog, magbasa ng pocketbook... then pag inantok, matulog. O kung di ka mahilig d2, manood ng t.v./dvd hanggang sa makatulog.
  • Kung may Turbo/Oven kayo, kumuha ng 3 slice sandwhich, 'yung pangalawa, ukitan sa gitna. lagyan ng egg or corned beef or bacon or kahit na anong karne na may taba.
  • Kakain ka nito in-between meals, pagkakain, matulog agad. Pero bago matulog, uminom muna ng isang basong milo or gatas.

Ayan, ganyan lang ang ginawa ko. Siguro for 3 month kong ginawa 'yan. Then, nagulat ako, tumaba pisngi ko at lumaki tyan ko. Then bumigat agad ako ng 10 kilos.

Pero after 2 months, naging active uli ako sa laro sa dating buhay ko... ayun balik payat uli. hehe. Malakas kasi metabolism ko e.

ako din gusto ko tumaba. kelangan before july talaga tumaba ako..possible kaya yun..
