DURIAN is high in anti oxidants but not proven to increase cholesterol..
white onions when eaten raw dissolves cholesterol
especially with exrecise

simple lang naman ng hindi tumaas ang cholesterol mo sa katawan, wag kain ng kain. eat balance diet... mag exercise everyday o kaya galaw-galaw para di ma stroke

huwag kumain ng malaking daga este ng baboy..saka huwag din ang hipon o malaking ipis....uminom ng maraming mineral water pagkagising sa umaga (with prayers po ha?)

Pasasalamat lagi sa Diyos ang isang secreto ng mga gumagaling sa sakit....Kasi kahit anong gawin natin kung talagang babawiin na ng Maykapal ang ating buhay dito sa lupa, di ba?

magjogging everyday khit maglaan ka lng ng 30 minutes oks na yun malaki na mababawas na cholesterol syo nun, plus follow the food pyramid!
