1. Lots of kalamansi (until na aamoy mo talaga)
2. brown sugar (makes it nice and sweet)
3. Vinegar (kung may mga batang kakain use plain. Kung wala use spiced vinegar
4. Soy sauceToyo (pero wag masyado kasi aalat),
5. worstershire sauce (original lee and perins) mga 3 kutsara lang 
6. Bawang (1 clove, squished), luya ( P5.00 worth grated), pepper (konti lang)


7. Dapat nakababad ang iihawin, weather porkchop, liempo, steak or pork strips na tutuhugin so para nakalubog lagyan mo ng soda (coke, 7-up, sprite) WAG BEER - sa baso mo lagay yun he he

adobohin mo muna yung karne tapos saka mo ihawin panalo sa sarap kahit suka lang sawsawan makakalimutan mo na agad ang pangalan mo....huwag mo ipagkakalat yan sikreto yan ng mga patok na barbeque house............

Yan din ang isa sa alam kong nagpapasarap talaga e, yung pag aadobo lang ayus na.

Right - Yung pag adobo (pero wag naman sobra). Kung baga eh pakuluin mo lang sa marinade niya.   Isang kulo lang, tapos patayin mo na ang apoy, cover mo na lang.  I like to do this especially pag liempo or porchop.  Kasi kakapit yung lasa. Yan ang gawain ng mga nag ii-saw sa kanto.

No need na to grill too much, kasi luto na ang loob. Sa chicken din, damihan nyo ang grated luya, (sikreto ng inasal na manok) pakuluan din nyo para luto sa loob. WAG pasobrahin kasi titigas ang meat. WAG pasobrahin ang alat (toyo, asin)

Sa sauce use catsup as main ingredient (ito yung pinapahid habang nasa grill ok) preferably delmonte (hindi ako endorser ha) But sa panlasa ng pinoy kasi yun ang masarap na catsup. Kung nagtitipid ka ang gawain ko ay ini-ipon ko ang mga satchet ng catsup sa mga fastfood . . heh..heh. Mix in brown sugar (white kung wala, pwede rin satchet sa fastfood ulit). Sa mga may kaya, they use honey.  Kaunting suka, pepper to taste. Kung gusto mong mang-inggit lagyan mo ng oil. Again sa mga may kaya, they use olive oil. This will make it smoke. Ma-aamoy ng kapitbahay mo  ha..ha..ha. Sikreto din iyan ng nag-iihaw sa kanto - pang tawag ng customer.
