exercise po like jogging kahit magkakakain ka basta di baba ng 30 mins :)

TRy water theraphy. Drink lots of water for 3 days without food with a shot of wheat grass daily.

Less rice. Eat vegetables and fruits. Do not smoke. Have enough sleep...and exercise.
