Paano ba tumaba?

Hello kasulit. new lang po ko dito. Im elaine.

TRy lang kung may makahelp saken dito sa sulit.  Im 23 years old. im 5ft tal only. pero mukha lang akong bata tignan. parang 14years old lang. hehe.

Ang main problem ko. eh pano ba tumaba? since bata palang ako payat na ko. at nung ngkawork pa ko. Lalo pa ata ko pumayat. Lahat na nga ng vitamins eh na try ko na.,  pero wala pa rin effect saken. parang lalo lang akong mas pumapayat. kaya yun nawawalan na po ko ng tiwala sa sarili ko, nahihiya na rin makisalumuha sa tao, feeling ko ang panget ko? dahil nga payat ako. hmmm. hmmm.

Gusto ko po talaga magain ng weight. Para magkaroon ako ng self confident sa sarili ko... Ano bang maganda po bang gawin para tumaba?

iniinom ko to eh =)

5'6 ang height ko pero underweight ako dati mga 95 siguro...

actually ayoko naman magpataba... nag gym ako isang session lang tapos ayon lumakas na ko kumain amp! 

hahaha ayoko nga tumaba eh >,< pero normal na ang weight ko ngayon.. 100+ na.

tamang exercise nalang ang kelangan ko sa sarili ko. HOHO =)

Ako din problem ko din yan. Magain ng weight. hehehe hirap po tlaga magpataba sa taong pinanganak na payat?

Ganun ba? Sorry.... hindi ka pala umiinom ng beer. Subukan mo na lang kumain ng kumain, yung kun tawagin sa Batangas e "lamon", lumamon ka ng lumamon, sigurado tataba ka! :)

ang gulo ng mundo no yung iba gustong pumayat ung iba naman gustong tumaba am wag niyo sanang masamain yung opinyon ko, what I mean is balance lang ang buhay, but wala namang masama kung gusto mong tumaba o pumayat I don't want open anybody! kase ako payat din ako gusto koring tumaba syempre halos laht nasubukan kona para tumaba pero payat parin ako isang reason kung bakit hindi ako tumataba kase lahi narin namin at hindi ako kumakain sa oras at madalas mag puyat dahil sa work ko (hindi dahil sa dota he,he) pero I'm not ashame na ikahihiya ko yung sarili ko o mawawala yung tiwala ko sa sarili ko dahil lang payat ako,marami naman jan payat din pero nagagawa nila yung gusto nila kase if you feel down at ikahihiya mo yung sarili mo lalo kalang papayat nayan at papanget sabi mo nga diba! grabe mag papayat yung puyat lalo na kung stress ka at kulang sa tamang diet. For me if you feel good and healthy kung sa tingin mo wala kang nararamdamang masama sa kalusugan mo I think you most happy kase kahit payat ka healthy kanaman nagagawa mo yung gusto mo nakakatulong ka sa family mo marami kang kaibigan at may nag mamahal sayo diba sa bi nga nila beauty is in the eye of the beholder. tamaba yung term ko ko! anywhy gawin mo parin yung alam mong makakabuti parasayo.

kain ka lang ng kain , pag katapos nun upo ka o humiga.

kain ka din ng my carbohygrate na mga pagkain yung mga mabigat sa tiyan.

katulad ng suman, mga kakanin.
