Mahirap din, una English proficiency, tapos grammar. Tapos yung tinatawag na exam on phone, sa teleperformance pro speak ata ang tawag. Tapos may typing speed din, ang mahirap pa, naipasa mo na lahat sabay ibabagsak ka sa final interview ng kumag na interviewer hehehe.... Pero kung girl ka, mag mini skirt ka lang aba tulo laway ng interviewer lalo't na't tibo at manyakis na lalaki... Hehehehe opinion ko lang ha?

Dapat fluent po ang english nyu at magaling kayong makinig sa mga cliente na super slang mag english...nakakapagud yan..^_^V

As I know it is not recomended to be fluent, as long as you can communicate well, active listening and comprehension. To be fluent will just go through, remember we are Filipino and it is embeded in our system to speak our own.

Madali lang din, sa pagapply what i can suggest is before you feel disenhearted naaplyan mo na ba lahat ng call centers sa avenue man lang na yun,? wag mahiya, wag magaplly pag puyat, don't be afraid of rejection, and if you think you have what it takes never ever give up, keep applying madami yan, example sa alabang mga 50 plus magkakadikit, sa makati mga 300 plus sa ortigas mga 500 plus , go to conventions at picc when they hold that, If you really want it, you can get it.

madali lang, ang mahirap kapag nasa loob ka na. may sawa factor ang job na ito. Kung ayos lang sa iyo 'yung minumura mura sa phone, ok 'yan. Kung doon ka naman kikita bakit hindi. Pero kung wala kang tiyaga at pasensya sa klase ng trabaho sa call center, hanap ka ng ibang pagkakakitaan 'yung ikaw ang boss at hwak mo oras mo.

mahirap po kasi ilang beses ko na na-try yan kaya nga tumigil na lang ako sa pag apply sa ganyan....lagi kasi ako kinakabahan pag interview portion na...hahaha...kahit alam ko na sasagot ko......in my own experience lang naman po..

Pinkaimportante talaga eh above-average ang english mo at kapag balak mo naman magapply ng TSR dapat tech savvy ka talaga kasi interview pa lang tinetest na nila yun technical knowledge mo.

First you need to address that you can deliver through the phone ang troubleshooting steps. Comm skills kailangan. 2nd kailangan techy ka whether sa internet or sa hardware kasi nasa account din kasi nagakakatalo may account na hardware troubleshooting at ang iba naman ay internet account which setting up ng mga email clients like outlook mga ganun.

Madami pong dapat i-consider as a call center agent. Kahit di ganung ka-fluent pero meron determination and confidence..the rest will follow. I happen to train people before sa call centers and pag meron ka ng dalawang yan..ok ka. maraming applicants na matalas ang dialect pero they were the one who excelled among other groups na nahandle ko.. If you love not just like being a call center agent, rest assured that you'll get there. You need to be very good in listening too. Kahit kasi marunong kang mag english pero mahiyain ka, di ka rin makukuha. it's not for everyone..maraming pagsubok ang pagiging agent. Don't look at it in terms of the salary..think if you will learn and ask yourself if you will gain something from that job and kakayanin mo ba ang pressure and ng katawan mo.

Try mo rin mg apply ng helpdesk after naka experience ka na sa TSR.
