To be safe, brand new is the best.

If you have money go for brand new car.. pero may mga magandang 2nd car din.. like yung pang service service lang talagang car or yung mabilisan bintang car.. like pa alis ng bansa yung may ari at maayos naman gumamit ang may ari.. yun magandang mabili yun..

depende yan sa budget mo, madami naman second hand na in very good condition, same quality less the price, brand new hindi mo rin sigurado minsan ang quality mahal pa.

para sakin 2nd hand lang, laki masyado ng depreciation ng mga bago 250k - 350k for the first year of use

Longterm wise, better to go for a brand new car, pero just in case with your purse availability - not so blessings nakuha mo : better to go for the second hand. You can get nice cars for second hand. Huwag lang kayo mag mamadali, just advise.
