both filipino and foreign doctors, ang doh, isa yan sa 10 herbs na approve na nila, then wild cultured yan. kaya kung walang magtatanim ng bago, madali talagang maubos, it can also be taken orally as a decoction, but shud be drink immediately. otherwise, it becomes poisonous. sa synthetic medicine kasi, kailangan longer period of storage, kaya parang may problema sila doon.

At alam mo naman kapag synthetic med. it shud pass regid standard which I think, 12 years testing to not less than some 5,000-10,000 patient if I'm not mistaken. Not so sure. But something like that, defends on the good effect and side effects of the medicine.

ah kaya naman pala nauubos na... mabisang gamot to sa ezcema eh. o galis.

That's correct:

Akapulko or Acapulco in English is a shrub found throughout the Philippines. A
medicinal herb that contains chrysophanic acid, a fungicide used to treat fungal infections,
like ringworms, scabies and eczema. Akapulko also contains saponin, a laxative that is
useful in expelling intestinal parasites.
The extracts from the Akapulko plant is commonly used as an ingredient for lotions, soaps
and shampoos.
Uses of Akapulko:
Treatment of skin diseases:
Tinea infections, insect bites, ringworms, eczema,
scabies and itchiness.
Internal:
Expectorant for bronchitis and dyspnoea,
mouthwash in stomatitis, alleviation of asthma
symptoms, used as diuretic and purgative, for cough & fever, as a laxative to expel intestinal
parasites and other stomach problems. A strong decoction of the leaves is an abortifacient.

Preparation:
For external use, pound the leaves of the Akapulko plant, squeeze the juice and apply on
affected areas.

For internal use: cut the plant parts into a manageable size then soak and boil for 10 to 15 minutes let cool and use as soon as possible. Note: The decoction looses its potency if not used for a long time. Dispose leftovers after one day.

@ HOME REMEDIES FOR HEADACHES

Instead of regular tea, drink strawberry extract: boil a few strawberries in a glass of water for 5 minutes, let it sit and drink without limitation.

Soak your feet in very hot water for 10-15 minutes, then drink hot peppermint tea or strong coffee (if you can have it) or eat a piece of salty herring.

Rub your temples with a piece of lemon skin.

Before you go to bed, put 1 tea spoon of sugar in your mouth and then drink a glass of water.
