FIL-ASIA CARGO FORWARDERS SERVICE IS VERY POOR. For all the people who are working abroad and planning to send cargo from Saudi to Philippines, please read my story.

I get the service of FIL-ASIA CARGO FORWARDERS to send my cargo (DRUM) from Saudi to Philippines. They picked my cargo from my accommodation (Saudi) in October 11, 2011 and as per from their flyers and staff, my CARGO (by SEA) will reach its destination (Philippines, Marilao area) within 45 days. So I was convinced that they will live up to their principle.

To my dismay, I took my vacation in December 6, and still my cargo was not delivered to my Home. I tried calling their office here in manila and Saudi arabia but haven't received a very responsible and sincere action from them. In December 19, 2011 about 68 DAYS since they picked up my CARGO (DRUM) in my accommodation (saudi) I decided to pick up my cargo personally from their office located at 8410 GOMBURZA ST., STO NINO, PARANAQUE CITY. I talked to MR. RICKY BERREDO through phone, the head of their operation in Saudi Arabia but this person doesn't know the meaning of service. He even just cut off our conversation promptly.

FIL-ASIA service is very poor and can't live up to what they promised. For sure if I did not decided to pick my cargo from their office personally, my cargo (drum) could not have been in my hands after 68 days. My advice, think twice before getting their service.

TO FIL-ASIA, be responsible and sincere to your service. You are fooling our kababayan by giving them information that you can't deliver.  I advise you as well to update your address on brochures you're distributing.

thanks for sharing i guess it is better to pay more penny to a good service company than to pay less on a so called bad service company.

Let's help one another to expose this very poor service of FIL-ASIA. let's put this to our facebook and other forum so our kababayan in saudi and other countries will be warned that they should never entrust their cargo to FIL-ASIA.

Like the posted complaints of individuals, I am also a victim of FIL-ASIA Cargo Forwarders. I send 41 boxes on 18 October 2011, supposedly for my Family and Relatives Christmast presents, followed by One (1) Drum on 04 November 2011 and again One (1) Drum on 15 November 2011, believing thier promise that the baggages will be delivered within 45 to 60 days at my home. However, dispite several follow up in thier  Batha office in Riyadh, None of the Baggages have been delivered yet at my home (as they the Fil-Asia Cargo Forwarders personnel promise)  up to this date, 18 January 2012. I therefore call on everybody who may read this email to inform our other Kababayans about the matter, para hindi rin sila mabiktima ng mga kababayan nating sa FIL-ASIA Cargo Forwarders na nanamantala sa kanilang sariling mga kababayan. Ayun sa mga posted complaints and iba ay pinag-nakawan pa. Beware of Fil-Asia Cargo Forwarders.
