yung ka room mate ko na nagpump iron ang iniinom nya is whey protein milkshake. yung mga malalaki ang lata na makikita mo sa mga nutrition shops. ang alam ko mahal sa Pinas yan.

Hello!

Maraming approaches kapag gusto magpalaki ng katawan pagkatapos mag gym, i share ko sayo yung pinaka safe kasi maraming mga paraan sa labas na makakasama sa katawan tulad ng steroids..

Ang pinakaimportante ay ang pagkain pagkagtapos mag gym. Kailangang kumain within 30 minutes to 1 hour. kasi gung nagutom ka, lalong kakainin ng ang mga muscles at lalong liliit katawan mo nyan. 

Ito yung steps ko at naramdaman ko at nakita kong lumaki ang muscles ko in 2 weeks:

1. Kung may budget at gustong makamura, Uminom ng low fat, high quality protein tulad ng soy products gaya ng taho, egg white, soy milk.

2. Kung kaya pa ng budget, damihan ang low-fat meats tulad ng lean beef or chicken breasts.

3. Makakatulong ang CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid.. mas mabilis na gagawing muscle ang mga kinakain mong mga protein. makikita ang product na ito sa mga fitness stores. PM mo lang ako kung gusto mo ng guide kung ano yung best approach.

4. Sapat na pagtulog. Hindi lalaki mga muscles mo kapag gising ka. Kailangang may sapat na pagtulog sa loob ng isang araw.. 6 hours minimum.

5. Siguraduhing maayos ang pagkain ng almusal, tanghalian at hapunan. Kailangan may sapat na protein ang pagkain ( 1 fist size of protein per meal)

kailangan mo ng maraming protein, you need whey protein, lean meat, milk, cheese, eggs, lahat ng pagkaing mayaman sa protina.

Wag kang makalimot kumain kasi nagbubuhat ka but of course healthy foods lang usually yung mga lot of protein foods kasi ayon yung magpapalaki ng muscles mo. emoticon

Lots of protein lang..Eggs and soymilk and meats..Kung afford mo naman whey protein..Specialized na protein talaga yun..
