There are a lot of articles (online and even on newspapers) about the benefits of drinking guyabano tea from guyabano leaves. Some say it can also cure some types of cancer and other diseases. When I tried drinking this, gumaan ang pakiramdam ko and naging regular ang bowel movement ko.

How about you? Have you tried drinking guyabano tea?

By that you mean yun mismomng leaves and binoil mo?

I thought you were referring to the "processed."

I'd rather eat the fruit, itself, kasi andun lahat yun beneficial components.

But leaves are good for boiling din.

Thanks for your post twoleo. I told him to try guyabano tea instead. Good thing may neighbor sila na may guyabano tree. 3x a day siya uminom nito, for a month I think. Ngayon, normal na raw BP niya and magaan pakiramdam niya.

intelenet:

then pwede mo i-boil as fresh or have them dried up yoruself.

actually yun ate ko nag start lang sya last week din - 4 days since, and may nakikita na sya benefits agad.

amazing.
