The United Nations Human Rights Committee has called for the repeal of the libel law, saying it violates article 19 on the right to freedom of expression and opinion of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, to which the Philippines is a signatory.

the way they set it up, it seems like our local politicians want to create a PH copy of ACTA/PIPA/SOPA... at least that's how it comes across to me...

kaya iniahin yan para magawa nila whatever they want without anyone interfering. We are back to the past, Martial Law, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzippppppppppppppppp up or seal it up!
